The intelligent well irrigation controller is the core equipment of the well irrigation control system, which can be embedded in fiberglass intelligent well houses and intelligent irrigation control boxes for use. This controller can control the start and stop of the water pump by swiping a card, achieve data collection and deduction of water and electricity meters, and can also detect door opening, collect sensor data such as water level, soil moisture, and rainfall.
It can be used for projects such as efficient water-saving irrigation, comprehensive reform of agricultural water prices, and construction of high standard farmland. Support tiered water pricing and water rights allocation, and can achieve remote real-time data transmission through 4G/NB IoT and other methods. Remote pump control can be achieved through software and APP, and devices can be quickly added by scanning QR codes.
1. Multiple measurement methods: water metering, electricity metering, dual metering of water and electricity, and converting electricity into water.
2. Remote monitoring function: The controller can collect information on the total water output, total electricity consumption, annual water intake, instantaneous flow rate, water level, pump operation status, power supply status, control box door switch status, and user water usage of the well. It can also expand the monitoring of the three-phase current, three-phase voltage, soil moisture, soil temperature and other information of the water pump, and upload these information in real time to the upper management software.
3. Financial level security standards: The controller uses ESAM module hard encryption to ensure the security of card transactions and data transmission, meeting financial level security standards.
4. Multi card function of one machine: One controller can be used by multiple water users to swipe their cards alternately.
5. Permission control: It can be set that IC cards from different areas (villages, groups) cannot be used interchangeably, and user cards from the same area can only be used within the same area. The user card for each controller can be accurately set.
6. Remote start stop: The water pump can be remotely started and stopped by operating the controller through management software or APP.
7. Swipe card active reporting: When a water user swipes their card to turn on or off the pump, the controller automatically reports the user's irrigation information.
8. Fault alarm and alarm handling: Proactively report when the electricity meter or remote water meter or flow meter malfunctions, and report when the control box door is illegally opened, with voice alarm prompts.
9. Annual water withdrawal over limit alarm function: When the annual water withdrawal of the well exceeds the set upper limit of the annual water withdrawal alarm, the controller actively reports the alarm information to the upper management software.
10. Automatic pump stop function in case of excess: when the annual water intake of the pumping well exceeds the set annual maximum mining output, the controller automatically controls the pump stop, the LCD screen prompts "pump stop in case of excess annual water intake", and the controller actively reports the information of excess mining output to.
11. Insufficient balance alarm in the card: When a water user swipes their card to withdraw water, if the remaining amount is less than the set alarm lower limit, the controller will automatically issue a voice alarm, reminding the user that the balance in the card is insufficient and that they should recharge in a timely manner.
12. Power outage data not lost: If the user suddenly loses power during use, the data in the controller will not be lost, and the user can continue to use it after receiving a call.
